our commitment

yippee has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. the safety of minors is our highest priority and is non-negotiable. this document outlines our standards, technical safeguards, and enforcement practices.

prohibited content & conduct

the following are strictly prohibited on yippee and will result in immediate permanent account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated imagery
• solicitation, grooming, or exploitation of minors
• sharing, distributing, or requesting sexual content involving anyone under 18
• using the platform to establish inappropriate contact with minors
• any attempt to circumvent age-verification or content safety systems to expose minors to harmful material

age verification & minor protections

yippee implements a mandatory age-verification system for access to any mature content. users who verify as under 18 are subject to the following automatic protections that cannot be bypassed or overridden:

• hard NSFW lock — all adult content is blocked at the AI and API level, enforced server-side on every message until the user's 18th birthday
• strict content filtering — a separate AI safety prompt layer is applied to every response for verified minors, independently of user-configured personality or mood settings
• group chat safeguards — any group containing a verified minor automatically disables mature content for all participants in that session
• mood/personality injection blocking — user-supplied personality fields are screened by an AI moderation layer that explicitly blocks any content with pedophilic, grooming, or age-regression elements before they can influence AI responses

AI content moderation

yippee uses multi-layered AI-based content moderation to proactively detect and block harmful content:

• real-time safety filters screen every AI-generated message for CSAE-related content, sexual references to minors, and grooming patterns — even when adult content is otherwise permitted
• user-uploaded profile content (avatars, display names, bios) is screened by AI moderation before being accepted
• the mood and personality system includes a dedicated safety filter that blocks any input attempting to introduce pedophilic content or instructions targeting minors
• multiple independent AI models are used in sequence as fallback layers so that no single point of failure can allow harmful content through

reporting system

any user can report content or another user directly from within the app. reports are submitted to a dedicated moderation queue, reviewed by the yippee safety team, and the reporting user is notified of any action taken. reports involving potential CSAE are escalated immediately and treated as highest priority.

• reports are rate-limited per user per day to prevent abuse while ensuring genuine reports are never blocked
• all report data and message context is encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized moderators
• reporters receive email confirmation and status updates throughout the review process
• accounts found to have engaged in CSAE-related conduct are permanently banned without appeal

enforcement & cooperation with authorities

yippee will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety. where we are legally required to report known or suspected CSAM to authorities such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), we will do so. accounts associated with such reports are immediately suspended pending investigation.

user responsibilities & community expectations

every member of the yippee community shares responsibility for keeping the platform safe. by using yippee, you agree to:

• never share, request, or engage with any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
• report any content or behavior you believe may involve child exploitation — even if you are unsure, we would rather investigate a false alarm than miss a genuine harm
• not attempt to identify, locate, or contact minors outside of the platform for inappropriate purposes
• provide accurate age information during account creation and age verification — falsifying your age to bypass safety systems is a violation of our terms of service and may be illegal
• immediately report to us if you are a minor and another user attempts to solicit personal information, explicit content, or an in-person meeting from you

users who witness CSAE-related conduct and do not report it may have their accounts reviewed if we later determine they were aware of the behavior.

how we handle discovered CSAM

if CSAM is discovered on yippee — whether through a user report, automated detection, or internal review — we follow a strict immediate-response protocol:

• immediate suspension — the account is suspended the moment CSAM is identified, before any review is completed, to prevent further harm
• content removal — all identified material is removed from the platform immediately
• legal reporting — we report to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and cooperate with any subsequent law enforcement request
• evidence preservation — relevant account data, messages, and logs are preserved in encrypted storage and made available to law enforcement upon lawful request
• permanent ban — accounts confirmed to have produced, shared, or solicited CSAM are permanently and irrevocably banned with no pathway to restoration

we do not warn users before taking these actions. speed of response is prioritized over any other consideration when child safety is at stake.

appeals & account restoration

yippee takes account enforcement seriously and understands that mistakes can happen. our appeals process is as follows:

• suspensions (temporary) — may be appealed by emailing [email protected] with your username and a description of the situation. we aim to respond within 72 hours.
• bans for general violations — may be appealed once. if we determine the ban was applied in error, the account will be restored. a second violation results in a permanent ban with no further appeals.
• bans for CSAE-related conduct — are permanent and non-appealable. no exceptions are made for cases confirmed to involve child exploitation, regardless of claimed intent or circumstance.

attempts to create new accounts to circumvent an active ban are themselves a violation and will result in the new account being banned as well.

transparency

we are committed to being accountable about how we handle child safety on yippee. we intend to publish periodic transparency updates that include, in aggregate:

• number of user reports received related to CSAE
• number of accounts banned for CSAE-related violations
• number of reports made to the NCMEC CyberTipline
• material updates to our safety systems or policies
